Well the Vanilla Cupcakes were a big hit, yet again!! I made 48 cupcakes this week, half Vanilla and half Mocha, and they all sold out! I had intended on setting aside a few for family and friends but I had to give the customers what they wanted! :) It really helped that it was a scorcher of a day, 20 C in Ireland is just unheard of, and the "crowd" was double that of last week.I'll definitely be making the Vanilla ones again, I think they'll be my staple item, but I'd like to continuously vary my second option, if only for the sake of my creative expression! Suggestions would be welcome... I might have to do a poll of some sort... :)
